Another month in this hot selling season has passed. Prices are up. Inventory and average days on market are down. That means, it’s still a tough, competitive market out there. This is my fourth monthly update so it gives a good month to month comparison. Even though we had critically low inventory last year at this time – the inventory this year is 25% lower than that!
