Hadley and her husband Josh are amazing! They helped us find the perfect home. She is always available to answer questions. And always professional. When we found a home to look at we were always able to look at it That day or the next. She is always friendly. And even there just to talk. We were having problems with our lender not getting things done when they needed to be Hadley sped up the process and got him more on the ball. I would highly recommend her and Josh. We will be using her for all of our home finding and selling needs in the future.

What a relief it was to find Hadley as we began to look for a home in Denver. She had worked with our son and his wife, finding them a home a couple of years ago. From day one, Hadley was a joy to work with. She worked hard to stay in touch, to help us find the home we described to her. We could depend on her knowledge of the area, the builder, code violations in the building, aspects of each home to be aware of, hoa restrictions, ...I could go on, but she was a phenomenal aide in determining what worked best for us. If we looked at homes that were contrary to our expressed interests, she would question us to gain understanding as to why we had changed our minds. She then altered her searches for homes with the new information. We were never pressured to make decisions, in fact she promised to stay with us as long as it took to find just the right fit for us. Her honesty and willingness to find information for us, inspired a trust that saw us through the process. We would definitely recommend Hadley to anyone looking for just the right home, because of her constant interest in understanding needs. Best of all, she kept our spirits up with her upbeat personality!!

Hadley and Josh were awesome, we worked with Hadley more but nonetheless amazing! They were very kind, down to earth and took it slow with us, (unlike many of the other realtors who we interviewed.) which was perfect for us! They came to our home at first to discuss with us, explained to us how this process worked and had a general overlook of the home we were trying to sell. They told us what we could do to improve our home and how to get our home to sell for top dollar. When we finally put our home on the market, had 4-5 offers in less than 24 hours after putting on the market. She made it so easy to sell our home. Hadley was so patient, diligent, determined in finding us our new home. Hadley worked very hard around our very busy schedules and we really appreciated that. We looked at many homes and she took the time to find the many and show us the several homes and endured our pickiness of our future home. When she wasn't available to show us homes, Josh was nice enough to show as well and had a more practical view of what could and couldn't be done with potentials (not that Hadley wasn't, Josh just was very practical). Very punctual in everything and especially during the contracts (which is good) and kept us in the loop at every turn. Very knowledgable, many ideas for homes including areas of town that we hadn't considered before. Hadley also has many contacts for many things house related if you ever need anything. When it came to closing on both of homes, Hadley was there and sat with us while we had to wait for final approval on our new home. Her and the title lady were both aggressive in trying to get our new home to close that day and succeeded. We will definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family and will definitely use them again if we ever want to find another home! Thanks again!

Josh and Hadley helped me buy my first home. All of us had extremely busy schedules and still Josh and Hadley still found a way to work me in to their schedule around mine. Their knowledge and expertise helped me out of a bad deal and into a great one. Will employ them again in the future. Very highly recommended.
