In our transaction we worked primarily with Hadley Ott, her professionalism is amazing! We started by letting telling her what our expectations were, and our home "goals". We appreciated that anything she ever showed us met all the criteria we had previously discussed. Hadley always went above and beyond, there were days I would make multiple phone calls to her (we had a homeowners insurance issue) with questions or concerns and she always responded in a happy, upbeat way that helped us to remain calm.
