Josh and Hadley are excellent Realtors!! They were extremely helpful and were always willing to answer questions or provide information in a very timely manner. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market and guided us in making good decisions based on that knowledge. I would highly recommend Josh and Hadley Ott to anyone looking for any type of home. Hadley helped my purchase my first home and she was wonderful. She is very detail oriented and responsive. She explained the process and offered great recommendations; she was always available whenever I had questions. She is also a pleasure to work with – very honest and friendly. You can’t do better!

Hadley and Josh were awesome, we worked with Hadley more but nonetheless amazing! They were very kind, down to earth and took it slow with us, (unlike many of the other realtors who we interviewed.) which was perfect for us! They came to our home at first to discuss with us, explained to us how this process worked and had a general overlook of the home we were trying to sell. They told us what we could do to improve our home and how to get our home to sell for top dollar. When we finally put our home on the market, had 4-5 offers in less than 24 hours after putting on the market. She made it so easy to sell our home. Hadley was so patient, diligent, determined in finding us our new home. Hadley worked very hard around our very busy schedules and we really appreciated that. We looked at many homes and she took the time to find the many and show us the several homes and endured our pickiness of our future home. When she wasn’t available to show us homes, Josh was nice enough to show as well and had a more practical view of what could and couldn’t be done with potentials (not that Hadley wasn’t, Josh just was very practical). Very punctual in everything and especially during the contracts (which is good) and kept us in the loop at every turn. Very knowledgable, many ideas for homes including areas of town that we hadn’t considered before. Hadley also has many contacts for many things house related if you ever need anything. When it came to closing on both of homes, Hadley was there and sat with us while we had to wait for final approval on our new home. Her and the title lady were both aggressive in trying to get our new home to close that day and succeeded. We will definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family and will definitely use them again if we ever want to find another home! Thanks again!

Over the past 40 years I have bought and sold many personal properties. The efficiency of this transaction far exceeded every aspect during the sales and negotiation processes previously experienced. Josh and Hadley are most certainly professional and knowledgeable in the real estate field and have the added expertise of going over and above any expectations from the preparation of the property prior to the sale to the negotiations with some rather unique situations with multiple offers during the sale. Selling a home can be a stressful event. Having Josh and Hadley there was a JOY!
