One of the biggest mistakes I see Sellers make is to try to do it all themselves. When preparing to hit the market, there are always a slew of tasks that need to be completed. I work with my sellers to determine what is best to complete themselves, and what is best to hire out. With a comprehensive referral database, I am able to connect my Sellers with the right contractors to complete a lot of the work. This limits the stress level for my Sellers and frees up some of their time too.
