Bri and JT are long time friends and clients of ours. They purchased their first home from us at the end of 2011, and have since sold that home with us and successfully closed on their replacement property too. Their home was located in the Park View community in Centennial (Southeast Aurora) and sold for $15,000 over list price within the first day on the market. Their replacement home is a practically new, absolutely gorgeous home in Copperleaf with four bedrooms, a loft, a three car garage, and an unfinished basement for expansion later. This has been a great transaction overall and all the pieces fit well together. The funny this is how quickly this was all able to happen; Bri and JT called me on a Friday afternoon to inform me that, though I’d been encouraging them to sell for months, now they were ready! I went over for a listing appointment that weekend, scheduled the professional photoshoot/videoshoot for Monday, showed them replacement properties on Tuesday, submitted a contract on their new home AND listed their current home on Wednesday and both went under contract by Thursday! Whoa, what a week. The best news is though, everything worked out smoothly, made it to the closing table on time, and everyone involved had a great experience.
