Travis and Amanda came to us as a referral lead from another past client. We had the opportunity to meet with them to discuss the sale of their first home. They had recently built a very cool, Brownstone-esk Townhouse in the Anthology neighborhood in Parker. The home sparkled and shined and we knew that with our marketing plan, it would sell for top-dollar. We worked with them on some specific strategies and also help them through the purchase of their new home. They were looking for a new build in the Cobblestone Ranch Community in Castle Rock. We worked closely with Richmond American Homes in order to make this purchase possible. The sale of their townhouse went as expected and they received top dollar. Though they had to wait most of the year for their new home to be built, we continue to stay in touch, go on walk throughs, and double check that everything was being done to their satisfaction. They just closed on their new home and it couldn’t be nicer! It was sure a great pleasure for us to be able to partner with them through both of these transactions.
