Being a first time home-buyer can be a little overwhelming but Josh and Hadley Ott helped us through the process with ease! We needed to get into a house quickly and they made it possible – making sure that we were 100% satisfied throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions on the homes, the areas, the loan process, the paperwork – they either knew the answers right away or researched and got back to us within a short amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone in the market to buy a home! They are professional, friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful people to work with!

Hadley and Josh Ott of Discover Realty Group sold our home and we are currently looking for our next home with Hadley as well. There really aren’t enough “stars” that we could give them to truly sum up our experiences. They are both incredibly talented real estate professionals who go above and beyond in every aspect of your transaction. They prepared in advance with in-depth knowledge of our neighborhood/surrounding area and marketing techniques that were key in selling our home quickly and for the best price. Our house had multiple offers and was under contract within hours of being listed for almost $14k above asking price. They did a lot of work to study the financial situation for our potential buyers to ensure that the deal would close and they were a great resource during our inspection period. In addition to their real estate skills and talents they are also wonderful people to work with who understand the stress of selling a home and do their best to mitigate it. We won’t look anywhere else in the future and I will recommend Discover Realty Group wholeheartedly.

Josh and Hadley helped me buy my first home. All of us had extremely busy schedules and still Josh and Hadley still found a way to work me in to their schedule around mine. Their knowledge and expertise helped me out of a bad deal and into a great one. Will employ them again in the future. Very highly recommended.

Despite a few hiccups in our home purchase experience, Hadley was consistently professional, determined, and responsive – truly working for us the entire time. Hadley also was gifted at knowing when our frustration level had peaked and diffused and addressed situations with grace and compassion.
