Wow, where do I begin…I bought an investment property at a foreclosure sale and soon learned that I had inherited a myriad of problems. Not the least of these were substantial back taxes, multiple HOA violations and a questionable septic system. Josh and Hadley deftly handled all of these issues and more, and successfully guided me to a profitable resale. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and patience in dealing with these complex issues. I won’t hesitate to trust them to handle all my real estate transactions.

Their service is not only professional but personal. They always walk extra miles to help us out. Their knowledge in real estate and excellent customer service deserve our thumbs up.

When we found a home to look at we were always able to look at it That day or the next. She is always friendly. And even there just to talk. We were having problems with our lender not getting things done when they needed to be Hadley sped up the process and got him more on the ball. I would highly recommend her and Josh. We will be using her for all of our home finding and selling needs in the future.
